Having graduated with an LLB (Hons) and a Master of Laws in Advanced Legal Practice from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, UK, Jennifer is the founder of Messrs Jennifer Teh & Co., the predecessor of PJT Law Office.
Since her admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2015, Jennifer commenced her legal career in a renowned law firm practising in the area of real estate & property, corporate, and banking & finance.
Her portfolio in real estate & property transactions include general conveyancing, advisory, banking matters, corporate and consumer loans, advising on licensing and regulatory approvals and stamp duty issues in relation to property matters, and advising on property development projects and leases & tenancies. She has represented a wide range of clients including leading banks and developers in the sale and purchase of real estate and corporate banking transactions.
Jennifer also has a wide-ranging experience in negotiating and drafting various corporate agreements relating to shareholders arrangements, share sales transactions, application software and other innovative enterprise technology and services, outsourcing, franchising, licensing, provision of services, contract manufacturing and distribution etc.
As there has been an increase in tech clients who find ways to use new trends in the tech field to change old industries, she focuses on making sure that she has her finger on the pulse of what is happening with her clients to ensure that she creates value by bringing this same innovative spirit back to the clients. Victor started his career in the banking industry before joining an established firm as a litigation paralegal in year 2012. Subsequently, Victor was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and has continued to practice in the same firm until the year 2021 when he left to establish the Law Office of Pang & Jennifer Teh.
Throughout the years of practice, Victor has represented numerous corporations and individual clients in courts and possessed vast experience in handling cases involving a variety of legal disputes, including matters relating construction disputes, construction payment adjudication, contentious estate proceedings, contractual disputes, company insolvency, bankruptcy, injunction, and corporate rescue mechanism.
